| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了敏感和敏感期的概念及其影响因素.在此基础上又进一步指出了少儿敏感期的特点.认为抓住并合理运用少儿武术训练的敏感期进行武术素质和武术技能的训练, 可以达到事半功倍的训练效果.

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the concepts of sensitivity and sensitive phase, and influencing factors. On this basis the characteristics of sensitive phase are further discussed, and the conclusion is that in the sensitive phase, martial art training can work out to get twice the effectiveness. |
