| 摘 要： | 目前,护理的专科化发展已成为临床护理实践发展的策略和方向。基于工作过程的NICU岗位技能培训课程加强对护生岗位适应能力和综合素质的培养,让护生在通识教育的基础上又具备NICU岗位技能,提高就业竞争力,也为NICU专业技能人才培养搭建平台。

| Abstract: | Presently, the specialized development of nursing has been the strategy and direction of clinic nursing practice. The course design of The Skill Training of NICU Post which is based on working process strengthens the training of post adaptability and comprehensive qualities for the nurse majors. This course design not only helps the nurse majors master the general knowledge, but also is helpful to training their post skills and improving their employment competitiveness. At the same, it establishes a platform for the training of the NICU talents. |
