Empirical Study on Interface Management of Firms

Interface management is one of the key issues in improving the innovation efficiency and performance of firms. This paper gives empirical analysis and discussion on the causes, information process, characteristics, and influence factors of interface issues and problems, from three organizational tiers just as interfirm, interfunctional, and intrafunctional interfaces. And finally, the difference and diversity existing in the firm's information process that due to firm's scale are also discussed.
