| 摘 要： | PFI模式是一种通过政府与企业的合作来开展公共事业的模式。日本近年来积极在高校基建中引进PFI项目，推行校企合作，解决了很多高校建设资金不足的问题。如果我们很好地学习和借鉴这种模式，将有助于解决我国高校建设资金紧张、债务负担沉重的问题，同时也可以为企业提供更多的发展机会。

| Abstract: | PFI mode is a cooperation mode of the government and business in the public sector. In recent years, Japan actively introduces PFI project, imposes school-enterprise cooperation and solves the funding inadequate in university capital construction. If Japanese successful experience is introduced into China, it will help to solve the problems of funds insufficient and heavy debts in our university construction. At the same time, it can provide enterprises more development opporttmities. |
