关于大学开展科学研究的几点思考

在科学的社会作用日益增大,大学的科学研究在国家科研体系中的地位日益显著的今天,大学如何组织与开展科学研究愈来愈为人们所普遍关注,其中“研究漂移”与“教学漂移”、研究的重点与研究的一般、“大科学”研究与“小科学”研究这几对关乎大学科学研究基本性质及其组织特性的问题尤其值得认真的思考与研究。
