| 摘 要： | 胡主席在全军军事训练会议上强调:要根据军事人才成长规律和各类岗位需求,强化院校和部队合力育人,努力形成院校教育与部队训练衔接、使军队人力资源得到开发和利用。充分利用部队资源,构建区域化联合培养信息化条件下军交运输指挥人才机制,是军交运输建设贯彻科学发展观,适应新军事变革的必然要求。
