去行政化：大学组织文化的旨归

大学中的行政化已成为了社会的诟病，一方面是因为大学行政化违背了大学自身组织的根本属性——学术性，另一方面是因为大学行政化伤害了社会对大学的期望——社会的轴心力量。大学行政化的主要原因在于大学管理的科层制，科层制安置于大学这个学术性组织中缺乏历史前提，同时科层制自身存在的缺陷严重违背大学的学术性。因此，中国大学需要去行政化，构建学科（性）组织回归大学组织的本质。

De-administratization: To Back Its Tenet of The University Organization

Administratization in university has been a denoucement of our society,because of two reasons:one is administration in university has departured its scholarly organization,and the other is administration does not live up to the expectation to university to be power in society centre.The administratization of university is base on the bureaucracy and its insufficiency.University is devoid of the history of bureaucracy and the insufficiency of the bureaucracy is exclusive from the scholarism of university.So our university has to get rid of the administratization to construct the organizations according to branch of learning for university.
