| 摘 要： | 在当今网络信息时代,建立高校网络党支部是提高党的建设科学化水平的需要,也是利用现代技术手段加强对流动党员管理的需要,具有重要意义。网络党支部通过专门的网站、qq群、党务信息系统等形式来实现对流动党员的网上教育、管理与服务,是新时期加强高校党建工作的有益探索。
