| 摘 要： | 对新形势下办公室的协调职能进行了研究,阐述了办公室协调工作日益综合化、复杂化的特点.从管理学的角度,分析了管理者式协调方式和领导者式协调方式各自的优缺点,提出办公室工作人员应以混合型协调方式开展协调工作.

| Abstract: | The paper makes a research on the functions of office coordination under new situations and elaborates the increasingly comprehensive and complicated features of office coordination.It analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of manager style coordination and leader style coordination from the perspective of management theory,and proposes the new concept of carrying out the work of office coordination with mixed-type style. |
