论高校内部的道德治理

道德治理强调人是目的、民主和协商、凝聚多元主体道德价值共识,能够有效化解治理风险,较好适合高校组织运行和治理.对高校教育教学目的进行道德审查、对教育教学内容进行道德反思、对教育教学功能进行道德定位、对教育教学方法进行道德校正、促进高校整体德性的形成是高校内部道德治理的主要内容.高校内部道德治理应注意发挥多元主体的积极性、重德更理事、提升专业化水平、突出学术道德建设等.
