On the Role of Incentive Mechanism in College Science and Technology Management

Incentive is an important means all management departments and agencies use in management. As colleges and uni-versities, the management of those being managed must uphold fair and equitable principle, and even the application of incentives also need strategies, so as to make the incentives truly play a positive role in motivation. From the perspective of efficient science and technology management, this paper discusses the strategies of giving play to the role of incentive, which is worthy of our reference.
