| 摘 要： | 我国高校毕业生就业形势日益严峻，独立学院作为一种新型的办学体制其毕业生的就业问题也日益突出。该文以独立学院人才培养方案中存在的问题为立足点，以就业为导向，针对英语专业人才培养方案进行分析，提出培养适应社会需求的专业人才的有效方法。

| Abstract: | The employment situation of college graduates in China is becoming more and more serious,and the em-ployment problem of independent colleges,a new school running system,is becoming increasingly prominent. This paper takes the problems of talent cultivation mode in independent colleges as a foothold and employment as the guidance to analyze the training program for English majors. Based on the analysis,this paper puts forward effective methods of talent cultivation mode to meet the social needs. |
