论死刑制度在我国的发展

十八届三中全会决定逐步减少适用死刑罪名。通过对世界各国死刑情况和我国目前死刑罪名使用情况的分析,指出我国自古以来就有＂杀人偿命＂的复仇思想,目前的死刑罪名是符合我国现阶段国家发展的需要的,也是维护社会秩序的重要手段。因此,是有必要存在的。但是,随着法制的进步和对人权保障思想越来越重视,死刑罪名在我国未来是极有可能被废除的。

On the Development of the Death Penalty in Our Country

Based on the analysis of the death penalty cases around the world and the usage of the death penalty charges in China,the paper points out that our country has existed ＂want to kill＂ revenge thought since ancient times;that the current death penalty charges meet the needs of the development of the country at the present stage in China,and that it is also an important means of maintaining social order,so the death penalty charges in China＇s existing is necessary.But with the progress of the rule of law and more and more attention to the idea of human rights protection,the death penalty charges in our country are most likely to be abolished in the future.
