大晶粒铝试件细观变形分析

摘    要:采用光测手段对大晶粒铝试件拉伸时的细观变形场作了较为深入的分析。实验发现由于晶界滑错在晶界附近存在的高剪应变导致晶粒内部细观变形场不均匀。文中亦对多晶体试样三晶交点附近和多晶体系的塑性变形分布进行了分析研究。该实验结果及其分析为细观塑性理论的进一步研究提供了有力的实验依据。

Abstract:In this paper is given the experimental analysis of aluminum specimen with large grains in measuring using light. During the landslipping of grain boundary,the experiments show,there is a very high sheering strain of the grain boundary. The microdeformation of intergrain is not uniform. The results provide experimental basis for study of microplastic theories
