| 摘 要： | 鉴于公司集团对下属业务部门的单向控制及其公司总部与业务部门之间"纵向不一致"所导致的种种现实问题,结合国内外对战略的层次划分及其战略间关系研究的现状,借鉴协同演化思想在组织与环境关系研究中的逻辑和分析框架,明确公司战略与业务战略互动的内涵,总结公司战略与业务战略互动的五点特征,在公司战略与业务战略互动环境构成的分析基础上,揭示出公司战略与业务战略的互动机制.

| Abstract: | In view of all kinds of realistic problems caused by the corporate-level strategy unilateral control,this paper will use for reference on co-evolution view used in the study of relationship between organization and environment.Firstly,use its research logic and analysis framework to identify the meaning and characteristics of the interaction between corporate-level strategy and business-level strategy.And then,analyze the interactive environment structure between corporate-level strategy and business-level strategy.Finally,reveal the interaction mechanism between them. |
