College counselors are of great significance for the healthy growth of college students, but their career development is still in the early stage during which the counselors,due to pres-sure resulting from a variety of factors,demonstrate some adverse reactions,such as professional nonfeasance,and psychological imbalance.While the work environment of counselors is being improved,it is significant to their career development for counselors to understand themselves, pressures,and students and to better themselves.
