| 摘 要： | 提出"教书育人坐标系"这个新概念,阐述了"教书"与"育人"是没有主次之分,而是相辅相成、相互促进的一个有机结合体。同时,从独立学院的特殊性出发,并以宁波大学科技学院为例,针对特定的教育对象,探讨了加强"育人"工作在独立学院教育中的重要性,并对如何育人提出了"教书"中"育人"的理念。
