摘    要:在研究课堂管理过程中,管理理念也将发生变化。从伦理视角审视课堂管理制度,课堂管理呈现出从刚性向柔性转变的变革走向,表现在课堂管理实践中,更加关注学生的生活世界;关注学生主动探索的时间和空间;关注学生的心理世界;创建民主型的师生关系;构建和谐的的课堂人际环境;增强师生间的有效互动;使学生学会自我管理等。

Abstract:In the process of research on the management of classroom,management concept is changing too.Carefully examing the management system from an ethical perspective.It is reflected in the reform trend from rigidity to flexibility.In the practice of classroom management,these reforms are reflected in the following aspects:Paying closer attention to students' livelihood;Paying closer attention to students' need of time and space for active discovery;Paying closer attention to students' mentality; Constructing democratic relationship between teachers and students;Building harmonious environment for interpersonal relationship in classroom;Strengthening effective interaction between teachers and students;And helping students learn self-management.
