| 摘 要： | 通过对广西信息化人才的需求分析,从知识经济发展对信息化人才提出的新要求,以及信息化发展需要的人才类型,指出要培养和造就二十一世纪信息化的创新人才,必须用创新的教育理念、改革与信息时代相适应的教育方法、教育手段、教育内容,构建自主性的终身教育体系、创建学习型社会。

| Abstract: | On the base of the information technology professional demand analysis facing the advancing of knowledge economy of Guangxi,the paper brings forward the new request and its classificatory structure of information technology professional.The paper also points out that the innovational education idea,the reform of education method,education method,education contenty facing information age and the construction of independent lifelong education system and study society's are three important precondition of training innovation talented information technology professional of 21st century. |
