摘    要:知识经济时代,企业经营管理理念及做法发生重大变化,市场竞争演变成了一场激烈的人才竞争.任何领域的管理活动都要树立人本观念,任何管理过程也应自始至终树立人本观念。重视人的作用、发挥人的潜能,以人为本管理理念成为现代企业管理主流。确立和运用管理的人本观念,是现代管理的必然要求。

Abstract:In the era of knowledge economy,the concept and usual practice has greatly changed in enterprise management.Marketing competition has evolved into a sharp talent competition.Management activities and process in any field should foster human-based concept from beginning to end.It has become the main flow that values the role of human and gives full play to human latent energy in modern enterprise management.Therefore to establish and apply managing human-based concept is the inevitable demand in modern management.
