| 摘 要： | 随着我国劳动用工制度和社会保障制度的改革,现行劳动争议处理制度遇到了诸多问题和挑战。笔者试图通过对现行劳动争议处理程序的缺失及国外劳动争议处理程序的分析,尝试性地就完善我国劳动争议处理程序提出相应的改革设想。

| Abstract: | Along with the reform of domestic labour system and social security,lots of defects exit in current labour disputes.The author tries to analysis shortcomings of domestic labour system and introduces the relevant legislative experience of other countries.In the end,the author brings up some concrete view points about reconstituting the existing labour disputes settlement proceedings. |
