摘    要:为探讨垂盆草对训练大鼠不同组织NO含量及运动能力的影响,以SD雄性大鼠为实验对象,建立跑台运动训练模型。测定NO含量并进行体重变化和运动力竭时间的比较。结果显示,垂盆草可以显著延长大鼠跑台运动力竭时间;使运动训练大鼠不同组织中NO的含量升高;并抑制长期大强度训练引起大鼠体重显著性下降趋势。结论认为,垂盆草可以延长大鼠跑台运动力竭时间,具有抗疲劳作用;其抗疲劳的作用机制可能与其含有糖类物质和黄酮类物质较多而具有抗氧化作用有关。

Abstract:In order to discuss the effects of Sedum sarmentosum Bunge(SSB) on the amount of NO and exercise ability in different tissues of trained rats,The experiment is carried out on the SD male rats and the content of NO,the change of weight and the time of exhaustive exercise were measured.The result shows that SSB can significantly prolong exhaustive exercise time and increase the content of NO of vary tissue;After long time intensive exercise,the weight decreased clearly.The SSB can restrain this trend.It suggests that SSB prolongs the running time and effect of anti-fatigue function.This effect may connect with the fact that it contains the substance of glucide and flavone.
