| 摘 要： | 在阐述图书馆创新的基本含义和特征的基础上指出图书馆在管理体制、组织机构、人事制度和管理文化等方面的缺陷,以及图书馆管理创新不足的主要原因,进而制定创新目标,并从管理理论研究,人才培养营造文化氛围,领导核心作用,管理顾问机构5个方面提出图书馆管理创新的实现路径.
