| 摘 要： | 学习型社会是时代的要求,也是广大教师不断提升自身素质的重要途径。分析学习型社会的特点,指出学习意识是内在动力,终身教育是外在支撑,个人素质提高是做好工作的基础。同时,客观上要求教师应做学习型人才的表率。

| Abstract: | To create a study - oriented society is not only a request of the ages, but also an important way to improve teachers＇ qualities. The article analyzes the characters of a study - oriented society and points out that consciousness is an intrinsic motivation, social lifelong education system is an external support, and the improvement of personal qualities is the basis of working well. Meanwhile, teachers are required to be the model of the study - oriented talents. |
