关于住房公积金监管的几点思考

在我国，住房公积金监管工作有着独特且重要的地位、功能和意义。如何加强加大对住房公积金监管的力度，是堵塞种种漏洞，有效控制住房公积金的运作和循环，实现住房公积金的社会保障性质和目的成为稳定社会发展、构建和谐社会必须解决的现实问题。住房公积金监管具有迫切性和现实性，其现状处在乱象之中，为此我们必须采取积极措施，建立健全房委会制度；强化内部控制；完善监管机制。

It is a realistic problem how to strengthen supervision of the housing provident fund, plug up all sorts of loopholes, control its operation and circulation ,realize its social security nature and the goal for stabling social development and constructing the harmonious society. Because the housing provident fund is in the chaotic state now, it is urgent and actual that we must take positive measures to establish and improve the system of the housing provident fund to strengthen the internal control and consummate the supervisory mechanism.
