| Abstract: | Economic public-interest litigation concerns both efficiency value and justice value.The aim of efficiency value is characterized by being integral,direct and controllable to a certain degree,while justice value aims at democracy and the government of law and by the people.Therefore,justice value is a superior system in prevention of the behaviors that violate the economic public-interest. |
