| 摘 要： | 大学学术管理组织是大学教师行使学术权力、进行民主管理的重要载体，但是，目前在我国大学中，它问题重重，很少能发挥实质性的作用，找出它的主要弊病并从政治体制、传统文化、大学历史等层面分析其成因能为改革大学学术管理组织、优化大学治理结构提供一个清晰的认识。
