摘    要:农村学习群体的基本特征是能动性、多样性、创造性和松散性,并呈现出主体年轻化,环境、手段优化,观念逐步转变等趋势。了解农村学习群体的学习需求,把握农村学习群体的发展方向,可以寻求到农村成人教育的最佳切入口,使其更好地为当地经济服务。
