| 摘 要： | 首先简述建筑结构塑性铰的定义及性质；其次将塑性铰与理论铰作理论对比分析，并利用SAP2000引入一例单跨简支梁，分别在简支梁的跨中截面定义塑性铰和理论铰进行有限元分析，证明理论对比分析的结果；最后利用SAP2000对一栋10层建筑结构进行静力弹塑性Pushover抗震分析，得到其塑性铰的发展图，找出结构容易出现塑性铰的抗震薄弱部位，提出结构设计措施、局限性和对未来的展望。
