城镇化和工业化过程中的农村职业教育

我国城镇化与工业化发展过程中,农村职业教育逐渐向城镇聚集,农村学生成为中等职教生源主体,农村职教服务非农领域比例不断增大,农科专业不断萎缩,农村成人学校大幅减少。针对这些趋势及城镇化、工业化发展需要,应加强各级各类中等职教在发展农民职业教育中的作用,完善农村职业教育体系,在农村成人教育中加强农业职业教育。

Rural Vocational Education in the Process of Urbanization and Industrialization

In the development process of urbanization and industrialization in China,rural vocational education manifest the following trends: it is gradually assembling to the city and town,rural students are becoming subject of student resource of secondary vocational education,the proportion of rural vocational education serving for non-agricultural field is increasingly enlarging,agricultural specialty is shrinking continually,and rural adult schools are decreasing quickly.According to these trends and the development demand of urbanization and industrialization,the government should strengthen the function of various secondary vocational education for developing peasants' vocational education,optimize rural vocational education system,consolidate agricultural vocational education in rural adult education.
