| 摘 要： | 体育教学活动是在体育老师和学生的共同参与下所进行的双边活动,为了点燃学生探索的欲望,唤醒创造潜能,教师必须参与到学生当中,他既是支持者、合作者,又是引导者。学习需要兴趣,如何激发学生学习的兴趣,并保持它,使之成为学习的动力,这就需要教师提高自身的修养,采用灵活多变的教学方法,轻松愉快的学习环境,融洽和谐的师生关系,培养学生的学习兴趣,使之主动学习,提高效率。

| Abstract: | P.E. is a two-side activity taken part in by both students and teachers. The key to improve the teaching quality and teaching effect is the cultivation of students' interest in P.E. Therefore, teacher should take all kinds of effective measures actively in the teaching course, and they should cultivate the students' interest in various ways. |
