| 摘 要： | 为了确保网络教育人才培养的质量,进一步加强网络教育的规范管理,提高其社会声誉,教育部决定从2005年起,对所有在2004年3月1日后注册入学的开放教育本科学生进行统一的网络考试。通过分析电大本科公共英语《开放英语》（3）的教材内容编排特色为切入点,针对成人学生学习的特点,探索英语学习的导学与助学模式,以帮助学生顺利通过网考。

| Abstract: | In order to enhance and improve the network education so as to improve its current prestige and the quality of the training of the talented people,the Ministry of Education decided to have a unified English exam for all the undergraduates registered on March,1st,2004 from the year 2005.This article is to make a research on the leading and assisting pattern of Open English by analyzing the content arrangement of the teaching materials based on the features of teaching materials-This is English 3,making the students go through the exam. |
