摘    要:教师及其知识结构不仅影响着教学的实施,而且影响着学生的学习。教师具备什么样的知识结构必将对学生的未来发展产生极大的影响。随着我国新一轮基础教育课程改革的深入开展,教师知识及教师教育将面临着新的问题和挑战,因此,教师知识需要重新建构。

Abstract:Teachers and their knowledge structure affect not only their t eaching work,but students' learning.What knowledge structure a teacher has wil l inevitably have a great influence on students' development.With the further d evelopment of the new round of elementary education curriculum reform in China, teacher knowledge and teacher education will be faced with new problems and chal lenge.So teacher knowledge should be reconstructed.
