| 摘 要： | 教育大计,教师为本,教师素质,师德为先,加强管理和营造良好师德氛围,是教师培训的首要任务。学校管理应自觉更新观念,树立以教师为本新理念,调整思路,改善工作方法,积极探索师德宣传方式,强化考核管理,把师德建设作为学校办学质量和水平评估的主要依据。

| Abstract: | Teachers are the key to develop education and their professional ethics is the base of being qualified teachers. In teacher＇s training, it is the primary task to promote ethics cultivation. Schools should renew management ideas, taking teacher-based notion, adjusting management methods, improving assessment mechanism, and make teacher＇s professional ethics construction as a criterion to evaluate a school running. |
