| 摘 要： | 随着世界形势以及我国我情的发展变化,大学生的成长环境也发生着巨大的变化,这就给高校从事大学生思想政治教育工作的辅导员,提出了新的要求,高校辅导员亟需创新思路,拓宽学生教育管理的广度与深度。本文以学生成长需求调研为基础,探索高校辅导员工作室的建设路径。
