地铁盾构施工同步注浆加固质量的控制

摘    要:地铁盾构施工穿越软弱、富水地层及高层建筑物时,管片壁后同步注浆加固质量直接影响管片的拼装效果及地层沉降。为提高壁后同步注浆加固质量,本研究基于美旗站—水口站区间盾构隧道的施工项目,分析影响同步注浆加固质量的因素,从同步注浆材料选择、主要技术参数设定、施工流程优化等方面进行控制,保证管片的拼装质量,减小地层沉降,以期为类似工程施工提供借鉴。

Abstract:When the shield construction of metro passes through the weak and water-rich strata and high-rise buildings,the quality of back-fill synchronous grouting directly affects the assembly effect of segments and the settlement of strata.In order to improve the reinforcement quality of synchronous grouting behind the wall,based on the construction project of shield tunnel between Meiqi Station and Shuikou Station,the paper analyzes the factors affecting the quality of synchronous grouting reinforcement from the material selection of synchronous grouting through the setting of major technical parameters to the optimization of construction technology,and proposes to get them under control so as to ensure the assembly quality of segments and reduce ground settlement.
