| 摘 要： | 2006年初的俄乌天然气争端是两国双边关系的缩影,也是对国际能源格局的一个考验。经济利益冲突的背后隐藏着很深的政治矛盾。俄罗斯在这场能源危机中的表现是能源外交手段的典型应用,使欧盟等西方国家感觉到了极大的压力,对中国也有重要的启示。

| Abstract: | The Russia- Ukraine natural gas dispute at the beginning of 2006 is the epitome of the relation between these two countries, and a test to the international energy pattern as well. Very deep political contradiction is being hidden behind the conflict of economic benefits. The behavior in this energy crisis of Russia is the typical application of the diplomatic means of energy, which makes such western countries as European Union feel great pressure, and there is important enlightenment to China too. |
