| 摘 要： | 以介绍国际田径联合会关于抢跑规则的最新改变为切入点,并结合竞技赛场上战术与规则的互动发展,对竞技赛场上的程序正义问题进行评述,强调要在伦理的高度上重视对体育法规的研究,建立符合竞技体育和谐发展诉求的体育法规批判意识。

| Abstract: | Introducing IAAF's latest amendment on false start rules, the paper comments on the interaction between tactics and rules and the procedural justice in competition arena. It lays stress on the study of sports rules from the ethical perspective, and the importance of critical consciousness toward sports rules for the harmonious development of athletic sports. |
