摘    要:在软件工程专业开展了"3+1"特色人才培养模式的教学改革,即前3年在校内完成理论教学环节,后1年集中在IT企业完成校外实习实训和顶岗实习的实践教学环节。学院加强对实践教学体系、创新平台、过程管理、校企合作、学分奖励等关键点的构建,促进学生知识与能力的同步提升。以科研项目为载体,实行导师制,依托学院的大学生科技创新平台,引导学生通过"做中学"的锻炼,逐步实现向"研中创"的转化。

Abstract:A teaching reform called "3 + 1" mode of cultivating characteristic talents has been developed for software engineering major in our school.That means the theoretical teaching needs to be completed in the first 3 years in campus,and the practical training is required during the last year in IT firms.In order to promote the synchronous enhancement of knowledge and ability,the construction of some key points such as practical teaching system,innovation platform,process management,school-enterprise cooperation and credit reward are strengthened.Guiding the students in research status as early as possible by using the projects as medium is tried,relying on the student science and technology innovation platform and carrying out tutorial system.Then,the transformation from "learning by doing" to "innovating by researching" is implemented gradually.
