| 摘 要： | 高职教育发展的关键在教师。如何科学、客观地评价教师,是当前高职院校教学改革的一个重要课题。本文采用德尔菲法,构造出高职院校教师评价的指标体系,采用模糊数学综合评判理论,构建了高职教师评价的数学模型,并利用相应的评价准则给出评价结果。
