| 摘 要： | 我国群众体育发展相对滞后，其规模、结构、质量、效益不能满足人民群众日益增长的多样化体育需求，这也是全面建设小康社会进程中，我国群众体育发展所要解决的基本矛盾。切实解决好这一矛盾。将使群众体育发展所需的物质条件和社会环境、政策和制度保障、人才和技术支持、人们的体育观念和行为等诸多方面得以提升。

| Abstract: | China's sports for all is not well developed,whose scale,structure,quality and efficiency cannot satisfy people's increasing needs for sports.This is the basic contradiction in the way to building a well-off society for.In order to solve this problem,all factors including the sports facilities,social environment,policy,system,talents,technical support and public sports awareness need to be promoted. |
