| 摘 要： | 国外对产业集群的研究主要从以下五个方面进行：产业集群发展的动力机制、产业集群评价指标和方法、基于集群价值链的研究、产业集群的经济效应和产业集群发展过程中政府政策及作用。这些研究对进一步推动我国产业集群发展有着诸多的启示意义。

| Abstract: | The main purpose of this article is to make a comment on research for industrial clusters over-seas. Authors analyses the situation of research on industrial clusters overseas in five parts as follows: dynamic mechanism, evaluating indexes and ways, value chain, economic effects, roles and activity of governances. Finally some measures are given on how to improve the behaviors of government to expand industrial clusters. |
