| 摘 要： | 通过考察国际直接投资的一般规律和相关理论，从比较“引进来”与“走出去”的现状入手，分析说明我国开放型经济发展新形势下“走出去”中存在的问题，认为现阶段我国“走出去”是一种必然的战略选择，并提出加快“走出去”，促进开放型经济发展的对策建议。

| Abstract: | On investigating the general rules and relevant theories of overseas direct investment and comparing the current state of ＂bringing in＂ ＆ ＂going out＂, the author analytically explains the existing issues in ＂going out＂ in light of the new situation of China＇s open economy, and believes that ＂going out＂ is a must for China and puts forward concrete tactics on how to speed up the ＂going out＂ strategy so as to enhance the development of open economy. |
