| Abstract: | Voluntary service originates from the evolution of the enlightenment to administrators and the interpersonal cooperation, which are caused by the elementary sense in social system.As a desigh of the system of social public-interest,the socialized hypothesis of voluntary service may support the "young volunteers action" or "public-interest law suit" in jurisprudence. |
