| 摘 要： | 李鸿章在晚清政治舞台上显赫一时，是中国近代化的奠基人之一。而郭嵩焘则是一名羽扇纶巾的儒士，但二人却相知良深，私谊笃厚。郭嵩焘是李鸿章的洋务高参，李鸿章则是郭嵩焘政治生命的保护人。

| Abstract: | Li Hongzhang,one of the founders of China's modernization,was once renowned on the political stage of the late Qing dynasty which Guo Songtao was only a Confucian scholar.But they were well acquainted with each other and enjoyed a profound personal friendship.Guo Songtao was Li Hongzhang's senior consultant in the Westernization affairs while Li Hongzhang was Guo Songtao's political guardian. |
