| 摘 要： | 地区经济发展的不平衡是世界各国普遍存在的事实。但随着经济社会的不断发展，逐步缩小地区之间经济发展的差距，是一个国家或地区经济持续发展的需要和经济走上更高层次的重要标志。我国地区经济发展的不平衡，主要表现为东西之间经济发展水平的差距。为了解决区域经济发展的差距，中央提出了实施西部大开发战略，这是一个具有全局意义的重大发展战略。

| Abstract: | There is an unbalance of regional economical development in the world. It is an important sign to decrease the deference of economical development among regions, for the needs of national sustained development, with develpment of economical society. The unbalance of regional economical development mainly displayed the difference of economical developing levelbetween east and west in China. For solving the difference of economical development between east and west, Chinese government put forward the strategy of developing western region, which is a great developing strategy and relating to the whole nation. |
