山东省地市科技报告工作现状与建议

本文根据2016年底山东省对全省17个地市的科技报告工作进行的专项检查和问卷调查结果，归纳总结了17 个地市的科技报告工作现状及取得的成效和经验，对目前阶段工作中存在的问题进行分析，最后从制度条件、人员队 伍、服务平台、考核机制、试点工作对推进地市级科技报告工作提出了对策和建议。

Present Situation of Scientific and Technical Report Work in Shandong Province

This paper is on the basis of results in which the special inspect and the questionnaire investigate of science and technology reports works from 17 district cities in Shandong Province as of the end of 2016, summarizes inductively the present situation of S&T report works and its effects and experience in it, analyzes existing problems from ago phase works, and, after that, proposes countermeasure and suggestion form system condition, staff procession, service platform, check system, and experimental works to pushing on the S&T report works of district cities in it.
