| 摘 要： | 通过观看电视连续剧《乔家大院》，结合当前我国企业现状，总结目前企业主要缺乏的商业精神，即义商的“AT”精神，任人唯贤、从善如流精神，信义利、协合作精神，不唯古训、勇于创新精神。这些精神都是我们当前企业需要认真学习、消化吸收的精神财富。

| Abstract: | By watching the TV series "Qiao Family Courtyard",with the corporate status quo,this thesis sums up the lack of main commercial spirit.That is "the spirit of the world" of Yi business spirit: meritocracy,the spirit of readily accepting good advice,faithfulness,fairness and benefit,co-spirit of cooperation,and courage to innovate spirit.These spirits are what our current companies need to seriously study the digestion and absorption of spiritual wealth. |
