| 摘 要： | 中国国际服务外包业快速发展，市场规模不断扩大，从业人员外语能力不强已成为制约服务外包业发展的瓶颈问题。文章在分析山东省服务外包业对从业人员外语能力需求的基础上，提出了有效提高国际服务外包从业人员外语能力的尝试性建议。

| Abstract: | With the rapid growth of international service outsourcing in China,the market has been on its way of constant expansion.While the staff’s inadequate foreign language proficiency has evolved into the crucial issue which hinders the development of this industry.On the basis of analyzing the service outsourcing industry’s demand for staff’s foreign language proficiency in Shandong Province,the paper proposes tentative suggestions on improving the foreign language proficiency for the staff. |
