摘    要:在高校的教育教学活动中,师生的关系状况扮演着非常重要的角色。受高校扩招以及学生个性化发展越来越强等因素的影响,新时期高校师生关系正经历着历史性的嬗变。以分类制师生关系模式为指导提高大学生的教育工作是现实的需要,同时对推动高等教育整体成效也具有积极意义。
